
Workout World Manager Positions (Store Managers & 2IC's)
Workout World, Australia's leading supplier of fitness equipment is looking for enthusiastic, well motivated individuals to join its team in a number of its stores as store manager or assistant manager.
Duties will include:
- All aspects of daily store operations - Opening/Closing, Cash Handling.
- Ensuring the highest level of customer service is upheld within the store.
- Managing all aspect of staff relations, including but not limited to recruitment process, training, coaching, and mentoring.
- Ensuring all staff are performing at a standard above and beyond expectation where KPI's and targets are achieved
- Monitoring the store's performance against set Sales KPI's and ensuring the store is achieving set KPI's and targets contributing to the overall success of the company.
Essentially you will have:
- A minimum of 1-2 years experience in a management or supervisory role within Sales. Preferably within the fitness industry.
- Demonstrated Superior customer service skills within a store environment.
- The ability to manage a team and ensure they are achieving set KPI's and targets
- Intermediate computer skills
- The ability to work weekends
- Current and valid drivers licence
