The Insight 990P Recumbent has a ergo-mesh seat that allows for added user comfort, and built in towel holder in the back for storage. Power up the monitor and you'll notice the brilliant display giving you crystal clear readouts. The Insight 990Ps display features the top of the line programs, ranging from Interval Training to Heart Rate Controlled Programs.

Positioning yourself on the 990P is very simple. Begin by adjusting the seat with the infinite seat adjuster, this will slide the seat back and forth along the rail. Once the seat to pedal distance is adjusted, then you may adjust the seat tilt. Use the 3-Position Seat Adjustment knob to tilt the seat.

The Insight 990P. has a 5" Pedal Spacing. The closer Pedal spacing allows you to get a "balanced" workout. The 990P pedal motion is ergonomically correct, putting your body in a "Natural" position. The closeness of the pedals allows your legs and muscles to align properly, which again gives you a perfect workout!
